Release Registry

The Release Registry is the public ledger of official LMR documents.

It records the status, version, release state, and citation location of papers, supplements, companion volumes, working notes, and position notes.

Registry Rule

The Release Registry tracks documents.

It does not define theory.

If a registry entry and a formal paper differ, the paper governs.
